  1. Welcome to STEAMing Across Borders – Let’s Begin Our First Activities! 🌍✨

    Dear colleagues,

    It is a pleasure to welcome you and your students to the international project STEAMing Across Borders! We are excited to begin our journey of creativity, innovation, and collaboration across schools and countries. To get started, here are your first tasks:

    1. Introduce yourselves as teachers ✨
    Please take a moment to post your introduction on our international Padlet:

    • Share who you are, your school, and one fun or inspiring fact about your teaching.

    • Then reply to at least three other colleagues: ask questions, find common ground, or suggest possible future collaborations.

    2. Involve your students in the project 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓
    Gather your students for their first introductory session and tell them about this exciting international opportunity – they will be collaborating with peers from many different schools around the world!

    • Ask your students to choose a team name 🏆

    • Take a group picture 📸

    • Write a short description about themselves 🌟
      Then post these on the student Padlet:

    Encourage them to comment back on posts from other teams: highlight what they found interesting, point out similarities, or simply write a friendly greeting. 🌍💬

    3. Organise your first STEAM lesson 🔬🎨💡
    Please use this interactive lesson scenario to run your introductory activity:

    This will help students understand the goals of the project, spark their curiosity, and set the stage for meaningful collaboration.
